Got my bike serviced and they went above and beyond what I thought would be included. At a reasonable price too. I have a pretty old bike and it was unrideable when I brought it in, I was amazed they got it working again without replacing too many parts. Great customer service and really efficient.

Getting (too) frequent punctures, went to Cyclelink and they spent time working out what was wrong, solved by fitting a new tyre. Ordered and ready within a few days. Great service for what was a small but annoying problem.
