At Cyclelink we take every opportunity to develop our knowledge and skills. On Monday 23^rd October we will be closed in the morning so our staff can partake in a training course. We will be open from 1pm and look forward to welcoming you back into the shop.

Shimano Crankset Inspections

“Shimano Europe have implemented a voluntary inspection and replacement program for 11 Speed Ultegra and Dura Ace road cranksets produced before July 2019 for a possible bonding separation issue.”

Cyclelink will be providing a thorough inspection of all affected chainsets in line with Shimano’s instructions at no cost to the client. A booking is required to have the chainset inspected which will take around an hour to complete. We will submit our findings to Shimano and, if any fault is found, the chainset will be sent for further inspection and possible replacement.
